The holidays was a slight four pound set back but the Monday following Thanksgiving I was back in the gym. I say you may indulge during the holidays but always remember that you have a life-style change or a goal your trying to reach. The guilt leaves once you are back in the gym from the dressing and other trimmings. Happy Holidays and I am with many the holidays, travel, etc. make it difficult......
