A bad week for exercise and dieting. Had a couple of days of wanting to constantly stuff my face with food, mostly sweets. Fell sick with a sinus cold and had to skip a few days of exercising.
My weight bounce up almost 6lbs before a reeled it back to a 1/2 pound gain. I find it strange that I can gain that much weight in a couple of bad days. I can't be gaining the weight from food consumption alone, it does not add up.
