I was going to try and "CRASH OFF" the last 12 pounds and I KNOW that is not a good idea. I ended up feeling so jittery and cranky...it is not worth it...I have succeeded in losing weight(30+lbs) and maintaining the weight loss for two years(?) now...so I am still winning! Luckily there in no lure of holiday goodies, I have not baked and if I have a treat I am OK with it. I haven't binged in years and have not had Many problems with mindless or uncontrollable eating. If anything, I have not much of an appetite. So, I think if I relax and go with the flow, the rest of my goal weight will come off. i need to log my food again and log my activity...that is a helpful tool.
