Hey everybody! Happy Friday! Well, it is official. My gym is closed back up as of today. This is the second closure of the year. I am really going to miss it, but I guess it's time to get back to being creative when it comes to the workout dilemma. I will resume taking long walks around my neighborhood, hiking through local parks, running up and down steps, and any activity I can do at home during this time. I have this great free weight set so I will definitely use it.

I am proud that I walked 4.3 miles last night. I would also sprint during the walk so I included jogging into the mix. My thighs are flaming. ;) Have a wonderful day, everybody! Keep plowing through!
