Here we go!!!
I have a loooong term goal and a short term one. My short term goal is to drop 30-40lbs by April, just in time for my vacation to Canada with my sister. I would like to have a chance at fitting in the airplane seat, and have the energy and endurance to enjoy all the snow activities that are available where we're going. The last time I really started a weightloss/life style change I did really well. I went from 307 down to 247 in 4 months. Then my husband came home from overseas, I had foot surgery and moved 2 hours from where I was living losing my wonderful nature walk area. I decided to start today and included my last big breakfast that I had with my sister and daughter this morning. And I did really well with lunch and dinner and am currently waiting for my mug of tea to cool enough for me to drink it. I have the knowledge to get this done. Just need to work on the will power. And push through it. Added difficulties this time around will be a wrist that I can't put much weight on due to an injury that happened 1.5 years ago and my foot that I had surgery on but the surgery didn't work. :P So wish me luck people. I'm starting out this time at 329.5lbs. I took the weight after lunch, fully clothed. I like to weight in daily as a positive motivator, so tomorrow morning there should show some decrease in weight then from there the race is on. :) This is for me. I want to be Healthy not skinny. So that is the goal.
Be active. Make mindful food choices. Portion Control. Meal/snack planning. WATEEEEEEERRRRRR. (good thing I love it. lol) Exercise. Beat Sweets. (they are my downfall.) Stay positive and just keep moving forward!
