I didn't get to take the walk at lunch that I wanted due to rainy weather. On a better note, we went to a wholesale food club (BJ's) and I got a nice walk in there! LOL. That place is huge and though I wasn't walking real fast (a reasonable walk, though), I walked for at least 30 minutes. It was fun because I didn't even realize the distance or amount of time because I was too busy watching people and looking around. Hubby was great and though there was a time or two that I threw "a look," we went onto choosing healthy foods for my diet--fresh veggies, frozen veggies, fat free milk, low-cal cereal (yes, I need to eat cereal once in a while!). It was fun! I came home, did some dishes, changed the cat litter and did a couple other little chores. My goal--keep my tush moving and out of this computer chair when I first get home. Hubby made an awesome meal for me (he cooks an entire different meal just for me)--fish, frozen veggies (he spices them just right) and had enough calories for some wine (yes,I measure it out!). Great day. Scale didn't move up or down and I didn't have any expectations this early for it to do so. Staying positive.
