My focus goal is going to be the next 10 pounds off. It will take me to the halfway point and it will take me out of obesity BMI. Maybe take me out of hypertension. It will be my turning point to a new life. What better goal is that 10 pounds!

Karla I think it great for motivation. When I started I told myself I would reward each 10 with a gift of a plant and I would carry a 10 pound sack of potatoes in the grocery and then put it back on the shelf and dust that carb off of me and carry on.
