Hallelujah!! i made it through the Detox phase and the results are... DRUM ROLL PLEASE........

Left Arm – 12
Waist – 31/35
Hips – 42
Right Thigh –25.75
Left Thigh – 25.75
I am proud of my self I stuck to it. Between the rain and cold here in Miami I did not work out as much as I wanted to but the result were still great 9lbs down and almost an inch smaller allover. Thanks everyone for all your support...KEEP SMASHING!!!
