Think I pushed myself too hard two days ago. Yesterday I was so sore and tired that I went to bed at like 7pm, without dinner, :/ Not good. Well I wasn't terribly hungry, so I should be fine. Beside I didn't get a workout in either, so I should be fine.
Got to continue my workout tonight. Suppose since I have volleyball planned for this weekend, it's ok to have an extra night off during the week.
