Goooood Morning!! :) Down a whole pound! Woke up late today. I was soo tired after work last night!!!! Couldn't hardly get away from the register. I think I did around 1300.00 in transactions last night by myself. I was planning on stretching when I got home last night, but that didn't happen!!! lol. I ate my pre-planned 1.5 servings of fat free vanilla icecream. And since I didn't finish all my yogurt and pineapple at work, I put a tiny drizzle of butter scotch on top since my calories were so low yesterday. Then I promptly went to bed and passed out.

Mmmm coffee. So good on a cold morning! Had to bring the rabbit inside last night since it got down in the 20's!! I made the Hubby go out to get her last night since I was in pjs and he was still dressed with a jacket and all, and she scratched his hand up pretty bad. He picked her up wrong and wasn't supporting her feet....which makes her kick...and there you go. lol. You have to immediately support her feets, and cuddle her to your chest, then she's perfectly happy. :) Once it warms up a bit I'll put her back out for the day. She's cleaning herself in her indoor cage right now. :) One of my favorite things to watch her do.

The store manager has gotten really interested in my dinner/snacks I bring to work, and last night I brought her some of my greek yogurt, and she is excited about it. She didn't get a change to try it last night, and has to ask her doctor about the sugars in it. Even in 0% fat there are sugars, and she is on a special diet via her doctor. We also had a talk about substituting ground turkey for ground beef. Honestly I was very opposed to turkey burgers at first...the color was off, it didn't smell like a hamburger...yeah. But once you get it in your head that it's similar but tastes a little different it's fine. I still can't eat turkey bacon, but I enjoy turkey sausage immensely. :)

Today is my day off, so I'm taking Jules to school in 15mins. A little later than normal, but I wanted to spend some extra time with her today. I'll probably pick her up around 4ish today too, so I can see her more. :) Going to go for a walk after I drop her off. Then home for lunch, then the grocery store to return decaf coffee and pick up milk and swiss cheese since we're out. They're for my hubby and Jules. Then home to put everything up, then a workout, Another mile of walking, then get Jules. Also want to fit some cleaning in there somewhere. Dishes, folding all the laundry I've washed this week and putting it away. Need to take Chicken breast out to thaw for dinner tonight, and also making a butternut squash and apple bake with cinnamon and a little brown sugar, and we'll have it with a little icecream tonight. Probably a half to 2/3 serving for me.

That's it for today. I might be off work, but it will be a busy one I promise you that!!! :D

good going !!! Sounds like you are 'changing' your foodstyle ,,,, that's my chant daily... change my way of thinking of food..... and after this year.. it has finally kicked in :)

I've done this before, but this year started off with the will power and positive energy to just STICK with it!! I have goals. And I want to get to them so fiercely that I feel unstopable. And I started working, and everything just seems on the up and up for me. I had a few non-scale victories today that I'll journal about tomorrow. :) But today has just been a Spectacular day!! :) So Motivated.
