I don't know weather to laugh or sigh. Since keeping up with what I'm doing. It seem I'm getting in less foods and I'm eating what I have a taste for. I will take it, as I'm trying to figure out what is right for me. This is not a bad thing. It's something I notice today. I was hoping to start walking.(just walk) didn't do it. But all was not lost I went into Wal-Mart and was in there walking around for a while. picking up things that I needed and wanted, looking. So I will take that too. Yep I have a goal to reach and I will reach it. ONE DAY AT A TIME.
