Up a pound and a half today. Water fluctuation probably. I can feel the ache in my legs from yesterday!! :) I had planned to walk two miles yesterday morning, then go home have lunch and what not, then walk another mile or two later in the day. Well...I walked 2.5 miles and decided to make it an even 3 miles....which brought me to the top of The Big Ass Hill. I don't know when my husband and I started calling it that, but that is it's name. lol I took two pics of it one looking down, and another after I got back to the top.






I walked 4miles yesterday in an 1:22mins. I had two brief little jogs in there and was very proud of myself!! :) Also had a few Non-scale victories. I tried on some pants I had buried in the back of my closet. I could get all and buttoned. They were tight, some of them super tight, but they buttoned and zipped!! Another 2-3 weeks and they should fit perfect! ^_^ And One pair were a little tight, but they fit pretty darn good, so I wore them yesterday! I felt like I was on cloud 9 yesterday! I didn't get all my cleaning done...ah well.

I'm going to go on base today and try the gym there, because my hubby is having a hissy over me wanting to spend 10/month to use the community center gym which the 2 times I've gone to look at it has been empty of people, and a far more comfortable setting for me. I prefer to workout alone and walk alone. lol. Even taking Elvis the dog gets a little annoying. I have to constantly keep an eye out for dogs in fenced yards or dogs that are loose...Elvis doesn't get along with them and he wants to stop and mark everything. Wouldn't be so bad if I could let him have a longer leash, but with traffic that's not possible.

Anywho, back to the base gym. Takes me about 6mins to drive to it, the community center is about half a mile from our house and I can walk there. Or drive if the weather is nasty. So I'll use less gas. And a shorter commute means I have a few extra mins for my already busy days. The base gym is free. And they have fitness trainers I can make use of. And classes if I choose to take any. But I have to be at the gym with a bunch of already fit men, and feel like i'm the center of attention. And just worrying about that and dealing with that, will subtract from my focus on what I'm at the gym to do. And my husband just doesn't seem to understand that. My gym attitude is 'leave me alone, let me do this, mind your own fucking business and take your damn attention else where' just gets me all grouchy. And I'm a perpetually sunshiny kinda person..mostly. Sister you can just keep your comments to yourself. She keeps up with me here. :P So that's the current state of affairs on the gym. I going today to give it ONE try. If I don't like it, and if I don't get a good vibe there, then I won't go again. And I've made that perfectly clear to the Hubby. I work now, and if I want to spend 10/month for a gym membership where I can focus then I will do just that. Everyone else be damned. ^.^

Anywho, work at 3pm today.
Work clothes washing.
Lunch is a healthy choice meal (decided to try it, sounded tasty)
Dinner left over chicken and steamed veggies
High protien snacks.
Still need to return that coffee, but I will do it today.
Shower
Pack lunchbox.
Get my walk on. (only need one more mile to hit my 7 for the week!)
