I've plateaued again! If that's what it takes to make me push myself over the hill again, then that's what it takes. At least I've been maintaining...

I'm going to start recording my food and exercise again because that's what works for me. I need to see the numbers (cals in and out) in order for me to not cheat myself and put myself into denial. I've never seen myself in my mind as a "fat" person so when I gain a few pounds, I put myself in denial and think, "oh that's water weight" or "I'm PMSing".
