I'm finally feeling clear of major stress for the next bit, so my challanges are how to work exercise into my life better. I'm thinking of doing badminton each week or maybe going out to the Saturday soccer.

But the staples are still going to be aerobics at home and walking to work and back each day.. sometimes with a large bag full of homework.

I'm back thinking like a dieter and counting points (at least in my head) the paper part should follow soon. Today I'm at about 25 today.. I think I get about 22 or 23 and flex points. But I should get at least 1 exercise point and I'm about to go earn some more.... and with no further ado...

I'm off to the races.
