Today was weigh in day and I was curious how it was going to go. I had been very good about staying below my calories and drinking my water but I still need to set up a regular walking/exercise program. A little less weight loss this week but I always shoot for a loss of about a pound and a half to two pounds a week so I'm happy with this week.
