Day 6 - 15 minutes Almost done with the first week of "one minute more than yesterday" indoor cycling. Already stressing about getting to day 60 or 120, but for now enjoying this little mini-streak I've put together. Bike said I did 3.9 miles. I don't know how accurate it is as the calorie outputs between the bike and the Apple Watch are never the same. I guess it's a good estimate. Also, my caloric intake is between 1500 and 2500 every day, so I'm definitely in deficit as I needed over 3k a day to maintain my 260lb frame. (Now 257) :)

im doing little goals on my bike too. its helped. I promise myself only two minutes a day. when I go over I get to be all excited. when I don't wanna do it at all, I only do 2 minutes. but I still did it! this works for me since I've had my bike for over a year and never used it. until 2 week a ago when I promised myself Little Goals, now I use it every day

You’re so right. I usually start with 1/2 hr rides and then die out after a week or two. This little “contest” is holding me accountable to jump on every day. I’ve entered and won two biggest loser competitions at work over the last 5 years, so it’s obvious I need external motivation to maintain regular exercise. Nice job on the year plus long streak!
