Woke up to another beautiful sunny day. That was great, but my mind just was not feeling weight loss (smh) I said you know what? I'm not tracking anything today. Nothing is off limits. I cooked as I do and the only thing I eat differently was the Yams and cornbread. the cornbread wasn't so much the problem, It was a small piece. But the Yams hubby fixed them and I don't really care for how sweet they be. So I would normally take a few out at a certain point. But mostly baked me some. Didn't even get all my water in. Anyways at that point I didn't really care. I ate got full and went to sleep? Yes the meal put me to sleep, Lol It has been a while since that happen to me.

I woke up and I said to myself. Self what you think now? Then thought, It is what it is. Tomorrow is another day. I won't allow myself to think as I thought today. Because this is one of the things I'm trying to work through as I continue to find what does work for me. That thing that I can continue to do on down the road. Today is just part of what it will be like I'm sure. So with that said. I'll keep moving.

I know this is two days late but we are twinning :) You have the same thoughts I do a lot of the times around the same times too. I just didn't feel like logging at all Sunday. It bled on to Monday for me but back at it today!

Eideliker.Yes indeed. My today was really better than my yesterday. So I'm trying not to over think this thing. you know I got other things going on in my life beside beating myself up for when I've had a bad day.(Because the scales didn't move) or I ate the to much. lol
