Switching from a month on Atkin's that did not work. Age, hysterectomy, menopause etc... seemed to be the reason. Starting new with weight watchers, not sure if doing simply filling or counting daily points. Going to Morro Bay today thru Sunday so will be improvising. I am fully comitted to getting this done for my health number one, I need to lower my numbers and for my own well being and self esteem!

Well when you from low carb to WW, its best to add those carbs back in slowly. Low carb pushes water out of our cells and carbs take them back in, so the scale may go up. Your body has to get used to them again. Stick with fruits and veggies the first couple of weeks. The simple start is based on power foods, so that might be a good choice to help you switch over. Good luck!
