Since beginning my journey 2 1/2 mos. ago my BMI has dropped by 2.3 points & I have a 4% release of body fat.

I don't understand BMI or body fat to be honest, but I DO know that lowering it is a good thing. Congratulations!!!! I was watching The Biggest Loser the other night and one of the girls had more body fat (52%) than even the biggest person on the campus. I guess that is where working out is a good thing. I'm trying to incorporate more exercise in my life. I was exhausted after 20 minutes on the Wii, but to be honest, I didn't push myself like I should have.

For some reason I'm not seeing the pounds come off right now, so I have to measure myself in other ways, otherwise I'd just quit and go grab a cupcake. I'm not going to but honestly it's very tempting this morning!
