Didn't want to close this month out without an insert. It was a cloudy yet nice as for as the temp. goes today. I was successful in doing what I needed to do as far as staying on my plan. I will get on those scales tomorrow and see what happen.(My regular check in). Here's to all of us reaching our goals. HEATHY sounds good to me. I'll keep moving.

Yes, getting healthy is the goal. Sometimes I focus too much on my weight. I have to remind myself that the reason why I'm doing this is to be healthier :)

Yes ma'am so true. I just decide to calm down a little . I think I was just thinking to hard, So hard that I wasn't thinking lol. Thanks for your agreeing commit. We really have to keep that HEALTHY word in the 4 front. Take care my friend.
