Today is my anniversary ( 18 years Woo Hoo ) and the absolute last day of bad eating. I have been so honest in my food journal & it was really just 4 days of insanity. The beginning was Valentines Day dinner & downhill from there. I used the anniversary & weekend as a giant excuse to make bad choices. What killed me was snacking ( plus eating out ). For some reason I think if it is just 100 calories I can have 2 or 3. What sucks is it takes 6 weeks to lose 6 pounds & only 4 days to gain 3.

Congratulations on 18 years of marriage!! I agree ... it seems the weight loves to pile on much faster than it wants to come back off ... totally not fair!! You'll do well though, you already kicked the hardest habit ... quitting smoking is no easy task!!

Congrats on the anniversary! As far as the "it takes 6 weeks to lose 6 pounds & only 4 days to gain 3" you are so right, and it so does SUCK! You really have to ask yourself if its worth it to you to cheat!
