I'm back, and embarrassed to say that I am 13 pounds heavier than I was back in August! I don't know what happened, I just got soooo out of control and didn't count, track, journal...or anything! I am so mad at myself for getting off track, especially since I was actually losing for a while! Anyway, I'm back, and I am going to win this battle! I'm all done with you, FAT!!!!

I was down to 250 in Dec but started out again at 260 which makes me very upset with myself, I am trying so hard to hang in there until weather gets warm again. Trying one day at a time..

Thanks guys...you're right, I'm back and I'm on my way! I won't beat myself up anymore....I am determined! I just went through my pantry and my fridge and threw away all the bad stuff! Yay! I feel like I'm lighter already!
