Intervent coach says I am doing a great job, I follow their food guide to within about 80%, told her I am using FatSecret to count the calories. Apparently they have heard of here and approve. So since Dec of 2020 it's been 21 lbs lost, and I can walk over an hour now and not feel winded anymore. Thats a plus in my books. TO everyone who struggles, if I can do it so can you! Losing weight for me was a choice between being diabetic or not, I chose not. But whatever your reason, slow and steady wins the race, the only person you compete with was who you were yesterday, no one else! It's a journey not a destination so lets make it as enjoyable as possible!
