Hi friends, how I have missed this website and all of the wonderful support.
I got a bit careless and gained some weight back, so i decided to get serious again and get the ball rolling. My boyfriend and I have decided to do atkins together and we have already seen a change after just a short 5 days.
I would appreciate any advice or input!!! It feels good to be back!
