February 14th vs March 28th
I'm definitely seeing small changes to my face! One benefit of being 5'1" is seeing visible progress more quickly, despite only small changes occurring on the scale so far.
Keto has been going great for me so far! I'm cooking more than I had since last summer, I'm trying new recipes, I'm not stressing out over what foods I can eat in a day. I'm staying well hydrated, slowly becoming more active and seeing progress on the scale and changes to my face.
I went from 157.6 on January 25th to 157.8 on February 10th despite vigilant tracking.
I weighed 153.4 the day I started keto, March 9th. Today, I weighed in at 148.8!
