Today I start my 30 Day Shred Challenge. I was excited to start this challenge even a pound lighter than my Thursday weigh-in!! I have recorded my inches and sure hope to see my pear-shaped body start to transform even more thoughout the next 30 days. I have a huge tub of really cute capri pants in 10-12 that I would love to be able to wear this Spring/Summer!! My Goal is to hit under 170 by the end of this challenge and to lose several inches! Thank you for your encouragement. I eggree, its important not to beat yourself up when you give in a little. And theres NOTHING wrong with having a burger instead of a salad once in a while. I would have done the same thing. You are doing great with your goals, I think I will set mini goals for myself just as you have. Keep up the great work!
