GOOD MORNING to all of my lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health-minded Fat Secret Peoples!
So I went in to work yesterday, just late and I got everything done. My evening meeting was changed to a conference call so I got home, early, as well.
I am doing okay with intuitive eating. I am kinda flying solo but with having watched Dawn and JulieC I think I am doing okay. I am still recording my food on many days so I do not lose track of what I am doing. Intuitive eating does NOT mean stuffing my face with every whim ;) When I do my morning shake veggies are not hard because I get 2.5 cups right there between the MonaVie and the frozen strawberries :) Just need to keep the habit :)
Old Man Scale: Water weight is still flying off and Old Man Scale is still being good to me! 2.5 more lbs to the next mini and then on into new territory! (the one time I was below 235 does not really count as that was after my forced fast . I have learned there is definitely a difference between fasting by choice and being forced to it.) OOO and another 1/2 lb to be back in the orange weee!
