I am stuck in 54.6-54.5 kg and I'm not losing more weight haha any advice? I'm still working out and eating in a deficit

Increase your total daily calories by 500 kcal more than usual. The cause of weight stagnation is "because the body has adapted to calories and physical activity" Therefore, if you increase calories a little and change the exercise content, the stagnation will be overcome. Check your BMI... Perhaps your body is at its optimum weight and has adjusted your metabolism. Love the socks! Plus that, your photo doesn't look like you need to go down much farther - your looking good!
