Lasagna for breakfast today. Hardly a conventional choice, but it’s left over from yesterday. And this one is relatively high protein, low carbs (for lasagna! 😂) It still came in at about 300 calories, which is a reasonable weight loss breakfast portion for me. So I decided to enjoy this and go back to proper breakfast foods tomorrow!
