well havent been on here in a min. been a crazy week didnt really work out like i was supposed to except walk my dog thursday n on friday walked from walmart in Hemet to my mom where it used to take me about a half hour to get there now only takes me 20 mins to get there. i have been eating my proper meals and still losing weight which i am so happy about. its the weekend time to start working out again
