So being accountable means I write it down whether I like it or not. Any number of small reasons for this gain instead of a loss including: white bread and egg noodles on the menu of late, too much pho (still!) and no outside exercise last week (not that I didn’t want to). So I’m not angry with the scale or myself. It’s not like i got derailed or distressed and I don’t think it’s my turn to be stuck yet, either. What I didn’t have was a day or two that I call a “low day” mixed in where my intake was much less . Maybe that makes a difference too. End of analysis! I’m just going to move on and not dwell on it. Will feel better when I can get away from work (at home) to go for a walk. Take care, everyone, and I hope your week is off to a great start!
