I have not put this on my top of my alarm clock, so when I hit snooze, I have to think of this. I missed working out yesterday due to early leave for work road trip. Was home in time last night, but was so tired from driving, didn't workout. This morning, hit snooze. Knowing that this evening I was going to Houston and not going to be home til 10, so probably no workout today. That is 2 days in a row!! That is not good for me. Usually it takes me a while to wind down when I get home so while I may not get Shred in this evening I can at least walk on treadmill. Now granted, I will be getting some exercise walking today as I am heading to Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo to speak to a committee meeting this evening about Texas 4-H, but still not enough to make up for 2 days exercise DVD missed :(
