the past 2 weeks have been awful--full of stress and chocolate! I need some calm, some routine, some ease of mind!!

Sorry to hear that. I haven't gone completely off the rails, but I've felt a lot of stress and felt rather over-commited myself. I think I just need to withdraw a bit. Does that work for you? I could use a couple really quiet evenings at home. Try that and read some inspirational fiction or non-fiction.

For some reason chocolate seems to help. What kind of chocolate do you eat? I stick to 80% , soy, dairy & gluten free. I ate 3/4 of a bar yesterday.

You know Bon... you've done so very very well from the beginning. You're entitled to jump off the wagon and enjoy the things you've given up. You know what you need to do now. Head up sweets.
