In 4 days my weight has fluctuated 5 lbs. Over weekend I did eat lots of pizza and drink alcohol. Mon-Wed - didn't eat that great: hawain bread, burrito, chips, etc etc. Still haven't gone on a bike ride. I've been hiking & yoga. Lots of yoga. Helps with stress & it's really good since my body is so tight. Been eating lots of dark chocolate; i'm addicted.
I've been eating less in the morning. Not sure if this is a good thing. Probably leads to bad eating later but 1. i'm lazy 2. nothing sounds good.
I need more veggies. Less gluten due to the hypothryoid.
