Note to self; you don't need to try ALL the healthier treats recipes! I made home made mounds bars today; despite being made of the finest healthy ingredients, the two pieces I ate were so rich they upset my stomach. At least I can't eat too many without suffering.

I'm doing a lot better with my eating. My challenges are always there, helping me say no, think about having more fruits and veggies. I wanted some chocolate today; instead I ate an entire perfect organic grapefruit, cut into thin wedges like I eat oranges. Mmm. Of course, I later made those chocolates. I'll say it was because my partner would want something sweet after a dinner of ham & cheese frittata and broccoli. ;o)

Hard Zumba workout this morning, loved it even if my knees ached. Tomorrow morning is Zumba Gold, not so many wild moves. My knees will appreciate it.

Treats are hard to resist. I can't do it, if they are in the house they are in my mouth. You sound like you are right back to normal with regards to your knee surgery. Congrats. I'm amazed.

Sugar is nuts, isn't it. I thought I'd bought chocolate roasted almonds and they were choco coated... ate them all the same... addictive. What was the point? Oh, yeah... right. Just because it's healthy doesn't make it unlimited :-)
