Can someone just go ahead and invent a pill that magically eliminates all my cravings? If only.

I can handle working out. I can force veggies down my throat (definitely not my favorite). But sometimes, passing by a pizza place, coffee shop, bakery, fast food restaurant - reminds me of everything I can't have and it bums me out.

It's exhausting! Physically, of course - you don't go to the gym to chill out. But more importantly, mentally. To forgo the foods I enjoy and opt for "healthier" options, to keep saying no to the yummies that set off the happy chemicals in my brain. It's a daily struggle. But it'll be worth it.

One step at a time.
