Yesterday and today were hungry days. Days where my stomach growls some and I can feel a small amount of hunger. I don't mind these days because they seem to precede fat% decreases. I wouldn't be surprised if the last week or so on the weight side has been a bit of a plateau. I'll know for sure on Saturday when I take official measurements with my calipers.

Good workout today. Back and biceps. The first exercise in my TSPA program for back day is deadlifts. I had stopped doing those for several years because I kept hurting my back. I've started them back because of two things. One, I've laid down the ego and started with a very small weight and am more gradually working myself up. I'm up to 140 lbs. now. Two, I'm following the musclehack.com rules about limiting deadlifts to 2 sets of 4-6 reps. I do 3 sets of pyramiding up to my working weight, per TSPA, then the 2 working sets of 4-6 reps. Trying to do more opens the chance for loss of concentration, which is so important with deadlifts. So I'm back to enjoying this exercise. I like it because it's a heavier weight exercise. I like throwing around more weight. ;-)
