73 pounds is your long term goal. Getting there will be achieved by passing milestones along the way. 13 pounds in 3 weeks is excellent. Think about how long it took to get to where you were before you started. I'm focusing on losing weight in 10 pound chunks. It was good to get below 250, now I'm about halfway to 240 and looking forward to breaking below that weight....I haven't been there in about 13 years. You're making excellent progress, keep up the good work.
