I have been following the fat smash diet for 5days. I am allowed all the vegetables, and fruit I want plus a little others. In the first two days felt I could not get full. Now I feel like I am full all the time. There was only two days that I was unable to follow the plan exactly. I have been trying to do a little more exercise each day. Although I failed my first challenge I am still continuing on. Now I am in the second challenge and so far so good.

I know what you mean. When I was doing the detox, after a couple of days it was very hard for me to eat 5 times, because I just wasn't hungry for those snacks. Best of luck to you!
