So here is my afternoon journal, I met with the trainer and we did some high impact training. Thought we were gonna do weights but we didn't. I could feel a difference in my legs though. Now I just need to figure out how to come up with $58 dollars to cancel my membership, and then rejoin at the $9.99 price. Long story but it will work itself out. My 30 minute workout was very good, I am looking forward to going back tomorrow. After all the bad eating this past weekend it showed up on the scale, plus I have not been drinking nearly enough water, so I must be mindful of that as well. I hope you all have/had a great day.
