Well I'm back from my training. As I feared it was laden with danishes, muffins, and sandwiches. I had a sandwich every day for lunch, there wasn't anything else to choose from. I weighed in today and I am up two pounds. Sxxxxt!. Oh Well back to Phase I on Monday.

next time your faced with that try taking all the insides out and just eating those. or even just do it open face (one piece of bread( that way its not so bad.

2 pounds is great!! Could have been worse! Don't punish yourself to harshly, you're still way down from when you started this "lifestyle". Look at what you have accomplished! Great job!
