I have a love/hate relationship with tracking my food. I love how I lose consistently, but I hate tracking it. Sometimes I am just lazy and we know success doesn’t come from that!

I am noticing how it keeps me from eating when I am not hungry. Maybe that’s why I hate it so much!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
