It was a beautiful day today. Lots of sunshine. Really picked up my mood. I have to try to keep a positive attitude that this time I will be successful and keep the weight off. I just want to see 198. I can remember when my children were in grade school and I weighed that. Is that silly or what? I have to keep my eyes on the target. Hope you all are doing great.
