I just now discovered that if you Google “Canada Food Guide,” the site , towards the bottom of the page, has a variety of simple, healthy meal ideas! Best if all (for me anyway) the ingredients are mostly foods that I usually have in my kitchen. One more resource!

On second look, this turned out to be a big disappointing. At first it looks like there are lots of recipes, but as I swiped the pics I found out there’s only about 6 that continuously repeat. Deceptive.
