Fasting blood sugar 147/ weight 163.7 Plan: IF/low carb high protein Skipped breakfast. Made a delicious cool cucumber soup for lunch. Needed a little peanut butter to finish off. Supper was turkey patty with cucumber & tomato; snack was 100% chocolate. No gardening today. Spent the day cleaning out and reorganizing a cluttered closet. Able to throw out lots of stuff; shred the rest. Found some pictures I forgot I had -- some old photos of my kids and also my parents. Nice memories.
