** Barbell Squat **
- 45.0 lbs x 10 reps

- 185.0 lbs x 10 reps

** Pause Squats **
- 135.0 lbs x 6 reps
- 135.0 lbs x 6 reps
- 135.0 lbs x 6 reps

** DB Split Squat **
- 10.0 lbs x 10 reps
- 10.0 lbs x 10 reps
- 10.0 lbs x 10 reps
- 10.0 lbs x 10 reps

** Back Extensions **
- 45.0 lbs x 15 reps
- 45.0 lbs x 15 reps
- 45.0 lbs x 15 reps

** DB Step Ups **
- 5.0 lbs x 12 reps
- 5.0 lbs x 12 reps

** TKE's **
- 5.0 lbs x 20 reps
- 5.0 lbs x 20 reps

Still very hot and humid in the old garage gym. My legs felt weak. I probably could've pushed the weight up a bit more, but saving things for deadlift day.

Forgot to mention that even though the weights seem light, I was using a slow tempo. Something like a 3/1/3. I've always been a slower tempo squatter.

How much do you rest between barbell squat sets?

Tassos67, I rested in between the squats about 1-2 minutes. The Pause squats I rested for 60 seconds on the dot. For all the others it was only 30-45 seconds in between sets. I've got a timer on the app that I use and I stick as close to it as possible. I sped up the last few exercises to get out of the gym faster. My workouts run about an hour.

You're very welcome Jennifer! And Jim it's a Dumbbell Split Squat.

Sorry, Jim, I maybe should've went into more detail. I hold a pair of dumbbells say my side and put one foot back on my bench. The lead foot is out like an almost lunge position. I then drop down into a squat on the lead leg.
