Good Morning, it seems I can never get used to losing weight and then reaching a plateau. All I want to see is progress and yet I know in my mind I am making progress. I have been looking back in my life and I started have problems with food when I was 18 and pregnant. It has been 51 years not and I am tired of the whole thing. It is get a handle on food or bust with me. I will just keep plugging along and the weight will come off. Right???? Have a successful day.
