I'm broken. I think it's just old broken and not broken broken. You know as you get older you suddenly have random aches and pains for no apparent reason? I have all of those.

My left wrist just plain hates me. I didn't do anything to it. I didn't hurt it, do anything out of the ordinary, or say anything to upset it. It just hurts. I went to close a window today it was like "Noooooope!" I have a wrist brace ordered because I hate doctors and I'm tired of it yelling at me. Maybe if I pamper it the darn thing will stop acting like a pita.

I walk like a woman who has to pee in the worst way in the morning. Not because I have to pee. My heels are just tighter when I wake up in the morning and they need some time to loosen up. So if I take quick small steps like a speed walker about to pee herself this seems to help.. it does get all the tiny humans and fluffer out of my way as I speed shuffle up the hallway.

Heartburn burps. I have heartburn burps.. no apparent reason. I tried to call in sick to work with the claim that work was trying to kill me but I guess heartburn burns are not a sign of work is killing me and I should just take some Rolaids and get over myself.

It could be a coincidence but all of this started when I started working out for a half hour every night. I think my body is punishing me.

I found that my tight heels and foot cramps were a dehydration issue, just saying 🙃.
