Yesterday went really well food wise.
I have taken it to habit (or, at least trying to) to bring a few carrots to work. I eat one every hour on the hour, and I can REALLY tell how that keep my hungers at bay. This is very efficient and very good. I am no longer starving hungry when I come home from work, and I am now able to patiently wait for dinner. I like this.
Of course, all the fibers fill my stomach, and the result of that is a few days with not much weight loss. I will get there, no worries. I am still seeing the scale coming down a little most days, and my lowest keep getting lower.
Life is good.
