Haha I had leftover lobster tail because I made 4 of them when Kroger had them on sale for $6 each 😁

In the 80s, the More with Less cookbook was all the rage. My wife and I used to wonder, what the opposite might look like, the Less with More. Back then we decided on lobster hash. This is pretty close but I bet it tasted wonderful because lobster is like that.
